These terms apply when you use the Sacred Origins Health website and our client app. The website and app are run by Sacred Origins Health (ABN 73 687 428 728). By using them, you agree to these terms.
The website, the app and our messaging are not monitored around the clock and are not an emergency service. If you are unwell or think you may be having a medical emergency, call 000 or see your doctor. Naturopathic care is intended to work alongside, not replace, care from your GP and other medical practitioners.
Articles and information on the website are general in nature and are not personal health advice. Advice about your own health is given only in a consultation, based on your individual circumstances.
Access to the client app is by invitation. You sign in with your own Google account and are responsible for keeping it secure. Please do not share your access with anyone else, and let us know promptly if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend access if the app is misused.
Booking requests made online are confirmed once Kirsten accepts them. Fees are as quoted at the time of booking. Our cancellation policy, including any fee for late cancellations, is shown when you book and in the app.
We handle your personal and health information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep the website and app available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee they will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
